Below are the most commonly asked questions related to booking a cleaning with Retta’s Cleaning Service.
Sadly, no. We prefer to communicate with you first. This lets us determine your needs together. Once you’re a satisfied client, you can use this page any time to book your next cleaning.
That’s our goal. If you’re regular cleaning is Mondays, but you have a big dinner party Friday night, we can come in Friday morning to make sure you’re in tip-top shape, and even come back Saturday morning to help clean up.
Cleaning duration varies by the category of cleaning, like residential vs. commercial. It also depends on the scope of the cleaning, number of rooms, depth of needs and a whole lot more. So, we would need to discuss this when we do your initial consultation.
We are currently developing a smart client payment system. We’ll keep you posted when this great, new service is available.
